*About the Position:
We are seeking a research associate to join our R&D team in Philadelphia, PA. This position will play
a critical role in generating functional genomic data for drug toxicity and efficacy tests in multiple
cellular, pathological or genetic backgrounds.
*Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
-Conduct mammalian cell culture
-Conduct drug treatment to cells
-Conduct DNA/RNA transfection to cells
-Harvest cells
-Be attentive to details
-Maintain well-organized lab notebooks following the company guidelines
-Present data and communicate effectively
-Work efficiently with other members of the company
*Qualifications:
-B.S. or M.S. in Biology or related fields
-Proficiency in conducting mammalian tissue culture
-Proficiency in computing and making drug dilutions
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in RNA extraction and QPCR, a plus
